2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product or subscription due to a billing error.

3. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

  • Secure PC Antivirus subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

  • Refunds for renewals are only available if requested within 7 days after the renewal charge, provided the renewed license has not been used or activated.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Software already downloaded, activated, or used beyond the trial limit.

  • Failure to use the product due to user error or incompatibility with your device (unless proven defective).

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.

  • Products purchased from third-party resellers or affiliates (you must contact them directly).
